What would that feel like for you?Maybe it is similar to being in love with someone. Having a sense of vibrancy through all of your body and being. Feeling joyful, alive, and confident. Being clear about the future and completely trusting the connection you have. Knowing you are loved and supported by the community you chose to be part of.
And you understand why you have had the setbacks in life you’ve experienced before, helping you to open up to greater connectedness. Your life has purpose and meaning. You’re ready to deal with whatever comes your way. Including the current Corona crisis! Recognising your program of limitation. We all are operating on thought programs based on our inner perception of ourselves relative to others and reality.
For example: If I have a perception of me being powerless and incapable, I will constantly have thoughts centered around the powers and successes of others, and my lack and failure. The result is that I will feel like a victim and suffer from a low level of self-esteem and lack of confidence. I hate this feeling, so the normal response in relating to others is then to say, have, and do anything that will prove the opposite. All of our programs are a limitation of that what we can be, have, and do. It is possible to upgrade our current programming, and experience a greater reality. It does, however, require courage and work toward change on our part! If we consciously perceive and recognize our program, the demand and possibility for change to something greater emerge. See if you can recognize any of the following tendencies in your thought patterns and responses. Freedom is only found in the exact opposite of our programming. The last section might give you a taste of that! HOW TO GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD.The trap. Have you ever felt trapped in your head? Overwhelmed by non-stop thoughts? Thoughts are like soap bubbles. When you are inside your thought-bubble, it appears and feels real and endless. Whatever you desire you will perceive and experience in there. In your bubble, you play the role of an actor trapped in a movie. The content of the movie is mainly the constant struggle for more freedom and success, power, health, wealth, sex, money, fame, or pleasure. In the rare moments you connect to space outside of the thought bubble, you experience a joyful release, silent peace, and infinite connectedness. In those moments you can see the illusion of the bubble and realize that it only becomes your separation and limitation when you are trapped inside the bubble, believing it is real(ity) and reacting to it as if it is real(ity). And we all live in that mode approximately ninety-nine percent of our lives!
Have you ever seen how a dog's body twitches during sleep while dreaming of chasing something? That is a very simple example of the effect of living in the bubble... |
